Zachary Patterson is a Professor at the Concordia Institute for Information Systems Engineering. Zachary received his PhD from McGill University and was a postdoctoral researcher at the Ecole polytechnique federale de Lausanne in Switzerland in the Transport and Mobility Laboratory (TRANSP-OR). He was Assistant and Associate Professor starting in 2010 in the Concordia University department of Geography, Planning & Environment. In 2021 he joined the Concordia Institute for Information Systems Engineering (CIISE).

Workshop 3: Urban Systems Research This in-person workshop at Concordia University was convened to provide general updates and garner feedback on Bridging Divides projects taking under the Place and Infrastructure Theme Group. The workshop included presentations on the following:
